The National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation program is designed for those who have just started in the business, as well as for experienced pros who need to differentiate themselves from competitors and integrate the customer’s satisfaction into their entire business strategy.
Leasing professionals are the first people prospective residents meet, and often their only gauge of the property staff. This course is designed to teach these professionals skills to help them become top producers.

CAPS – Certified Apartment Property Supervisor
NAA’s New CAPS program is an in-depth review of property management principles and techniques as used by the professional supervisor.
The course helps the professional make the connection between knowledge and on-the-job performance.
- Legal Responsibilities/Risk Management - February 12th 9:00 a.m.. to 5:00 p.m.
- Financial Management - March 12th 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
Plumbing Course - three afternoon classes
Topics in the NAAEI CAMT include:
- Interior and Exterior Maintenance - Course details Make ready maintenance, Caulking, Ceiling and walls, Locks, Tile, Curb Appeal, Swimming pool area safety, inspections of building exteriors and much, much more. Charles Patrick will be our instructor for this course.
- Plumbing Repairs and Preventive Maintenance

- HVAC Repairs and Preventive Maintenance
Class Dates: Our next class will be Appliance Repairs and Preventive Maintenance in March/April. Dates are being set up and we will have more information on dates this week.
Cost: $200.00 for books and CAMT designation (this is one module of the CAMT Course - you must sit for all modules to recieve your designation and pass test) - $400.00 for non-members
If you would like to take this class without CAMT designation and book, you may sign up for just the class for $100.00 for members, $200.00 for non-members

April 27th is our "Leadership Seminar". A great seminar for Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians who want to move up the ladder.
