Professional Bio
Jamie Jacob has worked in the property management industry for 22 years. The first 21 years of her career were on site, most recently as a Senior Property Manager with PRG Real Estate at The Reserve at Barry Apartments. She started as a grounds keeper and worked through a variety of roles including Leasing Representative, Property Manager, and Director of Property Operations. In the fall of 2022, Jamie took a leap of faith and joined the supplier side of the industry as a Project Manager with Jerry Lindsay Signature Contracting.
Jamie has obtained the CAM, CAPS, and CAS designation through the AAKC. She is a LEAD and Lyceum graduate. Jamie currently serves as a Director on the Supplier Board of Directors with the Apartment Association of Kansas City. She volunteers on the Government Affairs Committee, Education Committee, and has spent the last few years as a Chair on the Apartment Careers Committee. Jamie has a passion to recruit and train new leasing representatives to support the rental housing industry. Jamie formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Kansas City.
Jamie has been fortunate enough to be recognized with the following awards: 2019 Management Volunteer of the Year Award, the 2020 Property Manager of the Year Award, as well as the 2020 Presidential Award for Property Manager of the Year.
Jamie looks forward to using her onsite management experience to serve her industry peers in a new way.
