Professional Bio
Tiana Heath is the regional director for Calamar Connect's 55+ communities. Through the last five years, Tiana has held several positions within Thompson Thrift Residential, including District Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Startup and Training Manager. In addition, Tiana's previous experience spans a 15-year career with concentrations in rebranding and repositioning communities, rehabilitation and value-addition projects, luxury new construction properties, and urban communities. Through these experiences, she has excelled in Pre-leasing, Marketing, Budget Management, and Training team members within the industry. She now creates content and guides new Team members at Connect55+ through their careers in the industry. Tiana is a NALP, CAPS, Lyceum, and LEAD recipient from NAA and the AAKC. As a board member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City, where she co-chairs the Communications Committee, she also serves on the Government Affairs Committee and the DEI Committee. She gives back to her community by serving on the DEI Commission of Parkville, MO, and is a member of the Regional Northland Chamber of Commerce. Tiana was recognized by the Crystal Merit Awards, including Leasing Consultant of the Year multiple years, Assistant Community Manager of the Year multiple years, MVP of the Year, Manager of the Year, and Best Model by Onsite Team at Watermark at Tiffany Springs and RM West Communities.
