We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property leasing and management, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential tenants with their future homes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and maintaining positive relationships with residents. Duties Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and property features to effectively communicate benefits to potential renters. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained. Manage tenant relationships by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise during their lease term. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws throughout the leasing process. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads and follow up with potential tenants. Experience Previous experience in property leasing management is preferred. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for managing multiple properties and tenant requests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
