Salary Range: $28-$30 hourly plus commission 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours
  • Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals
  • Follow up with prospective residents
  • Assist in off-site and on-site marketing
  • Properly respond to any resident concerns
  • Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results
  • Provide support to other leasing consultants

 

 

Qualified Skills

  • 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role
  • Knowledge of building trades and codes
  • Previous experience with HVAC systems
  • Excellent supervisory, training and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
  • Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
