 Specific Duties:

• Assist in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standards.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team members.
• Keep the community clean and free of debris, including amenity space and common areas.
• Completed housekeeping in make-ready units, including unit spiffs.
• Clean the clubhouse, light fixtures, amenity spaces, common hallways, outdoor kitchens, and trash
• Maintain the interior of the community to exceed apartment living standards.
• Replacement light bulbs in common areas, breezeways, and buildings
• Any other additional task required.

Qualified Skills

• 2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Previous experience with HVAC systems
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skill.
