Professional Bio
Mike Jewell has over 38 years of experience in the telecommmunications industry with companies such as Sprint and Lumen. He spent the last 6.5 years in Las Vegas serving very large hotels and casinos, office buildings and apartment complexes with innovative solutions.
As Senior Director of Operations, Mike had over 500 technicians in three states (NV, NM and UT) working under him. He also served as the face of the company in the southern Nevada market.
Prior to the Operations role in NV, Mike worked for over 24 years in Kansas City for Sprint and Embarq. Mike was responsible for business and special circuits provisioning and repair centers. He led the local wholesale sales team for Sprint and Embarq. He was the GM of the Sprint Public Access group which included both payphones and inmate call solutions. Mike also held roles in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and product management.
Mike began his telecommunications career in Bristol, TN where he met his wife Cindy in the management trainee program.
