Professional Bio
Misty started her career in 2003 as a Leasing Professional and has worked through the years at multifamily communities in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. She was promoted to a corporate position with Prism Real Estate Services as an Assistant Regional Manager in April 2022, and earned the signature of Regional Manager taking on her first 3rd party management venture in April of 2023. Prism has recognized Misty with the 2019 Rookie of the Year and 2022 Most Valuable Person awards. Misty earned her CAM designation in May 2021, RISE and CAPS in December 2023 and is a 3-time Crystal Merit Nominee.
Misty has a true passion for helping people within our industry and communities. Whether it’s training new hires, developing teams, mentoring career paths, working with vendors and contractors, providing top-notch customer service to a resident, or achieving executive client and owners’ goals, her ability to connect with people is unparalleled. She serves on the DEI and Community Linc AAKC committees and volunteers regularly at many KC Metro area locations.
In her free time, Misty loves playing with and hanging out with her kids and family, riding her motorcycle, fishing, and reading. She’s an avid sports fan and loves the Chiefs!
