Membership Options
Membership in the Apartment Association of Kansas City shall be open to a corporation, partnership, firm or person that (1) agrees to abide by the provisions of the By-Laws and policies of the Association and (2) fulfill the requirements of at least one of the classifications of membership of Association and, (3) completes a membership application for annual dues and, (4) meets the approval of the Board of Directors of this Association. All members agree to abide by the AAKC Guiding Principles upon submission of this application.

Management Company
Annual Dues: $115.00
Management Companies must join all of their rental units to become Members of the AAKC.

Apartment Community
Annual Dues:
- 1 - 1000 Units | $3.25 per unit
- 1001 - 2000 Units | $3.00 per unit
- 2001 Units and over | $2.75 per unit
- $40.00 Base Fee per Community
Unit count fee is based on total units your Management Company manages in our area.

Supplier Partner
Annual Dues: $400 per year
Associate/Supplier Members shall be a vendor of goods and/or services to the multi-family housing owners, developers or managers including licensed Real Estate Brokers not qualified under Owner/Developer/Manager classification. (Any company providing a product or service to apartments.)
