Trade Show Committee
The Trade Show Committee picks the location, theme, diagram for booths, booth sales, food selection, decorations, and more. This is a great committee to meet both apartment and supplier partner members. It takes a lot of planning, and we are always looking for new ideas each year to increase attendance. The 2023 Trade Show will be on September 20th at the Overland Park Convention Center. The committee starts meeting in late February each year and will meet monthly up to September. If you are a Supplier Partner, you must have a booth to attend the Trade Show.
Rules and Regulations
- Supplier Partners must have a booth to attend.
- Trade Show booths can not be taken down until 6:30 p.m.
