Alycia Hasson

Alycia Hasson has been in the multifamily industry for nearly 10 years. After entering the field as an Assistant Property Manager, she was promoted 4 times in 6 years eventually rising to the role of Senior Property Manager for Kansas City. Currently, she is the direct Property Manager for The Reserve at Barry Apartments as well as overseeing the management of a sister property in the Plaza area. In total, she oversees 822 units.

Alycia is an active member of the AAKC by attending numerous seminars and events yearly. Additionally, she is currently serving on the Trade Show committee and has formerly served on both the Membership Committee and Communications Committee. In 2026, she will be co-chairing the Professional Development and Education Committee. Alycia has also participated in multiple AAKC courses including earning her CAM, CAPS, and Lyceum Graduate Certifications through the association. Since becoming a manager in 2018, Alycia has been recognized with multiple awards including PRG's Rookie Manager of the Year in 2019, and AAKC's Crystal Merit Property Manager of the Year in back-to-back years (2024-2025). In addition to her individual awards, Alycia is most proud of the Reserve at Barry team earning the AAKC Crystal Merit Property Team of the Year in back to back years as well (2024-2025).

Outside of the office, Alycia commits to being a devoted wife and mother to her husband Mike, and their 3 beautiful kids Bryce, Jayce, and Hayley. With a former career in playing and coaching college softball, she shares her knowledge by coaching both of her son's baseball teams through the spring and summer, as well as plays in a co-ed slowpitch league. Alycia also loves to golf and enjoys participating in the AAKC Golf Tournament every year.
