Chris Woods is a Multi-Site Manager with NorthPoint Development’s multifamily division. He has been in the multifamily industry since 2014 and with NorthPoint since 2017. Currently, Chris is responsible for two properties within NothPoint’s portfolio and assists the overall portfolio with training, development, and software support and implementation. Chris currently holds his CAM designation through the National Apartment Association and currently serves the Apartment Association of Kansas City’s Board of Directors and is a Chairman of the Government & Affairs Committee.
