Dominique Pierce

Dominique Pierce brings over a decade of experience in the multifamily housing industry, spending nine years on the property management side before transitioning to the supplier partner side, where she has spent the past year supporting communities from a new perspective. She holds both her CAM and LEAD designations and has remained actively involved with AAKC by serving on several committees throughout the years. Dominique is also a graduate of the LYCEUM leadership program and has previously contributed to the industry by teaching the CAM course to other industry professionals. Her dedication and commitment to excellence have been recognized through numerous honors, including a President’s Award and multiple Crystal Merit Awards. Dominique’s passion lies in being a reliable and trusted resource to others in the industry. Known for her collaborative, encouraging, and people-first approach, she consistently seeks opportunities to uplift those around her and strengthen the multifamily community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends—especially her son, who remains her greatest joy and inspiration.
