Professional Bio
Jennifer Gonzalez has been an active member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City (AAKC) since 2022 and proudly holds both her CAS and Lyceum designations. She currently serves on the Supplier Partner Board, Active in the Membership Committee and is deeply committed to giving back through the AAKC Community Outreach Committee, supporting organizations such as Operation Breakthrough, Community LINC, and Care Packages.
Jennifer’s passion for serving others has been a lifelong thread throughout her career. She has extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate unforeseen property disasters—including fire damage, smoke and odor challenges, water mitigation, mold remediation, trauma and biohazard cleaning, tornado recovery, hurricane cleanup, and reconstruction. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her achievement of the prestigious IICRC Triple Master designation.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Jennifer and her husband, Vince, are blended and blessed, living in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, with their children: Javier, Jaxen, Braxton, and their beloved Aussiedoodle, Libby Lou.
Jennifer loves crafting, music, bonfires, and lake life—especially when she and Vince can escape to Pomme de Terre Lake.
