Professional Bio
Jon brings more than 20 years of successful experience in territory development and project management, with a strong background in business development and relationship management across multifamily, commercial, and residential real estate. He currently serves as a Business Development Manager for Ferguson Facility Supply, covering the Kansas City and St. Louis markets.
Jon is highly active in the Apartment Association of Kansas City (AAKC), where he serves as a Director on the Board of Directors and participates on several committees. He was also selected to serve on the National Apartment Association’s DE&I Committee for 2024 and 2025. Jon holds the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designation through the National Apartment Association, earned the LEAD designation, and is a graduate of the Lyceum Program.
Known for building strong, fair relationships, Jon prides himself on going above and beyond for his clients. A Minnesota native, he grew up loving sports and the outdoors and still struggles when Minnesota and Kansas City teams face off. In his spare time, Jon enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, but most of all spending time on the water with his wife Farrah, their 11-year-old daughter Madelyn, and their dog, Grace.
