Professional Bio
Joshua Roten is the Operations Support Specialist at Willow Bridge Property Company, bringing over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry. He joined Willow Bridge Property Company (formerly Lincoln Property Company) in 2013 as a Leasing & Marketing Professional. He most recently was the Regional Director of Learning & Talent Development and has held multiple onsite positions within the company. His career also includes roles at Worcester Investments, Equity Residential, Benjamin Sherman and Sons, and Sunrise Management.
In his current role, Josh is responsible for operational and leasing support, enhancing the resident experience, and coaching and developing employees. He holds the NALP designation and has been recognized as the 2016 AAKC MVP of the Year. Additionally, he is a 2018 CAM designate and holds both L.E.A.D. and Lyceum designations through the Apartment Association of Kansas City. Josh is also an Advanced Facilitator, Virtual Advanced Instructor, and a faculty member of NAAEI.
An active participant in the Apartment Association of Kansas City, Josh co-founded the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and serves on the Professional Development & Education committee. He has successfully coached NAAEI designates for several years, applying his passion for customer service and relationship building to his training. Josh is a proud graduate of Missouri State University and enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and seeking out the perfect cup of coffee.
