Professional Bio
Katelyn Nichols serves as a Vice President for Dalmark Management Group,
overseeing strategic operations for a diverse portfolio of 2,300 units across Missouri and
Kansas. Katelyn takes pride in providing Dalmark’s Team Members with a supportive
work environment and in providing Residents with a quality, enjoyable home. Katelyn
holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Entertainment Management with a minor in Marketing
from Missouri State University.
Katelyn is currently serving as Vice President for the AAKC. She co-chairs the
Trade Show committee. Katelyn has earned both her Certified
Apartment Portfolio Supervisor and Certified Apartment Manager designations through
the National Apartment Association. Katelyn is a Certified Property Manager (CPM ®)
with the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also holds the Housing Credit
Certified Professional (HCCP) designation with the National Association of Home
Builders.
