Kim Taylor

I am proud to say I have been in the multifamily industry for about 15 years. I am a Community Manager with Cushman & Wakefield in the Northland and have served on the board for 2 years now. I have a passion for helping others, training others, and networking.

I have been an AAKC instructor for over 13 years and am serving as the Crystal Merit Chair this year after being a member of the committee for 13+ years.
I've completed the Lyceum program and am a LEAD and RISE graduate. I am a huge advocate for everyone to earn all designations possible. I hold my CALP, CAM, and CAPS.

My time away from work consists of being bossed around by our 4-year-old boy named Leevi and seeking local brunch spots with my husband, Chris. I wouldn’t change a thing. We enjoy the lake life, camping (glamping is more like it), and a good movie theatre experience.
