Nick Baki

Nick Baki brings years of experience in the multi-family industry and is currently the Area Vice President at Willow Bridge Property Company. He utilizes his passion for operations and analytical mind to drive growth throughout his company’s portfolio. He was awarded the 2023 AAKC Crystal Merit Most Valuable Player of the Year award and holds both the CAPS and CAM designation. Nick is currently on the Board of Directors for the AAKC. He is passionate about building great teams, recognizing opportunities for the business and furthering his knowledge in real estate.
