With two decades of property management experience, she is known for driving operational excellence, scaling performance, and fostering innovation across diverse assets and markets.
Her expertise spans organizational development, value-add strategy, lease-ups, and acquisitions. Nickole holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional growth.
In addition to her leadership at Worcester, Nickole actively supports the industry’s advancement. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Kansas City and contributes nationally through her work on the National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize Committee, NAAPAC Committee, and Program Administration Committee.
