Quinton has 13 years of leadership experience with seeing teams respond with RENEWED enthusiasm. He gets excited to empower people so they can function at their best and authentically touching the lives of everyone he meets. Quinton’s leadership journey began as the captain of his high school and college basketball teams, and that is where he learned “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work”. Although he has led in different capacities, he is most excited about spending the last 13 years positively impacting others who manage multimillion-dollar assets. His goal is to create a legacy of leadership for generations to come and ultimately touch the lives of people he may never meet!
