Shawn Dawes

Shawn Dawes is the Regional Asset Manager for Price Brothers Management. With over 20 years in experience in multi-family, Shawn has a diverse background, managing assets across student, conventional, military, and senior housing in multiple markets throughout the Midwest.

Shawn holds both the CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association, as well as the LEAD certification from the Apartment Association of Kansas City (AAKC). He is actively engaged within the AAKC, serving on the Board of Directors for 2025 and 2026. Shawn contributes to several committees, currently co-chairing the Professional Development and Education Committee and previously co-chairing the Trade Show Committee. He also serves as an ambassador for the association and was honored as a 2024 Best Regional Supervisor nominee.

In his role with Price Brothers, Shawn oversees the operations of the growing Texas portfolio as well as the asset-managed properties in both Colorado and Tennessee. Shawn is passionate about the multi-family housing industry and strives to continue to learn and grow in the industry.
