Bio:
Michelle Cornelison brings thirty years of property management to the front of the room — leasing agent in 1994, Vice President of Asset Management in 2024 — including twenty years teaching fair housing to site and corporate teams across 11 states and for state agencies in both Kansas and Missouri.
She holds the HCCP, CAM, and COS designations, has completed intensive fair housing training under a HUD investigator, and has served as a panelist for NAA, AAKC, RealPage, and YARDI. Her classes are interactive, fast-moving, and built to be used Monday morning — attendees leave with strategies they can apply the same week.
