Key Takeaways:

Leveling Up and Breaking Through-Facilitating NAAEI Credentials

Join us in this program designed to elevate and develop our facilitators. This program focuses on the skills that matter most in the classroom: preparation, learner engagement, emotional intelligence, storytelling, and the ability to guide adult learners toward true comprehension and confidence. The result is a more consistent, credible, and impactful learning experience across all of our NAAEI credential offerings..

Built on this facilitation foundation, the program integrates high-level overviews of the CALP and CAM credentials. These overviews are not separate trainings, but contextual deep dives that help facilitators understand how each credential is structured, how modules connect, and where key concepts drive learner success and exam performance. Facilitators will embrace each module in the context of the overall program reinforcing relevance, application, and retention.

By design, this program trains facilitators first and credentials second. Participants will leave equipped to deliver credential content with clarity, consistency, and purpose strengthening learner outcomes and ensuring a cohesive credential experience.
