Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) Spring 2026 Classes

*Registration Deadline is March 20th at 5:00pm*

Please ensure this schedule works for you as you can only miss 1 module (Not a day) in order to complete the course and take the exam at the end.  If you miss more than 1 module, you will need to wait for the classes being offered again in the fall and make up the modules and take the exam at that time.

Orientation: March 31st 1:00pm-3:00pm

Class Schedule:

April 7th: 9:00am-4:00pm

April 14th: 9:00am-4:00pm

April 23rd: 9:00am-4:00pm

April 30th: 9:00am-5:00pm

May 7th: 9:00am-1:00pm

May 28th: 9:00am-4:30pm
