Alex Jackiw is the Chief Operating Officer of Hayes Gibson Property Services. She was the 2013 Chairman of the Board for the National Apartment Association and was inducted into NAA's Hall of Fame in 2018. She has served as an Assistant Professor at both Ball State University and Virginia Tech in their Residential Property Management programs and is a nationally recognized speaker. Alex is also a licensed real estate broker and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and CAPS® designations. She has a Master’s Degree in Education.
