Crystal Merit Committee Meeting

This committee plans the annual Crystal Merit Awards Gala including location, theme, decorations, food, award categories, nominee parties, MC, awards and more. Committee meetings start in August of each year. There are around 95 awards consisting of property awards, team member awards and awards for individuals. Nominees are interviewed by apartment industry professionals from around the United States. The Crystal Merit Award Gala is a great time to recognize outstanding individuals, teams and properties for their accomplishments and service in the industry.
