Bio:

As a multifamily property management professional with over 17 years of experience, I have a passion for creating and delivering effective training and development programs for new and existing team members in the industry. I have held various leadership roles with national real estate development and construction companies. With my industry experience, I am the Senior Manager of Industry Relations with the National Apartment Association.

In this role, I leveraged years of being a Regional Manager as I create content for NAAEI and I'm the current staff liaison for the Operations committee & DE&I Committee. I also excelled in pre-leasing, rebranding, repositioning, and value-added projects for luxury new construction and urban communities. I am a certified NALP, CAPS, Lyceum, and LEAD recipient from the National Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Kansas City, where I also served as a board member and Chair of the DEI Committee. I am committed to giving back to my community and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the multifamily industry.
