We’re breaking out of the "What do you do?" rut with a fast-paced, color-coded icebreaker. You’ll rotate through 3–4 quick rounds with different groups to find three things you all have in common that aren't obvious.

• The Rule: No surface-level stuff (e.g., "we all work in housing" or "we all like beer").

• The Goal: Dig deeper! What was your worst vacation experience ever? Do you all secretly owe your parents a massive childhood apology? Do you all think The Office is the best TV show ever or is it FRIENDS?

• The Reward: At the end, the groups with the most unique, hilarious, or unexpected connections will share with the room—and the crowd favorite walks away with a gift card prize!
