Event Details

Are you interested in being an AAKC Instructor for the CALP/CAM classes? 

Robynn Haydock with High Road Education and Consulting and Joshua Roten with Lincoln Property Company will be our instructors

Qualifications to take Train the Trainer
Must be a current and active member of the AAKC
Must be in the industry for at least 3 years in current position as a leasing professional or manager to be an instructor 
Must have a current CALP or CAM with the National Apartment Association 

Steps for Instructor Training 
  • Attend Train the Trainer
  • Teach a portion of the class you are interested in teaching to education panel 
  • Attend two classes of module you are interested in teaching 
  • Assist in teaching one module with current instructor
The Education Committee will determine if they feel that the attendee will receive an AAKC Instructor Certificate after requirements are made.
