Membership Committee
This committee plays a vital role in growing and elevating our AAKC community. Not only are we focused on increasing our membership, but we are also dedicated to spreading awareness among non-members about the value, benefits, and countless opportunities that come with joining the AAKC. Our mission is to help both members and prospective members fully understand everything our association has to offer.
We work to strengthen member retention by actively encouraging participation in our educational programs, networking events, and community initiatives. Committee members also serve as warm, welcoming faces at luncheons and events— ensuring everyone feels included, supported, and connected.
Additionally, we facilitate the Ambassador Program, a dedicated group of volunteers who mentor our new members. Each Ambassador is paired with new members to help them get involved with committees, meet key industry peers, and stay informed about upcoming events, and meetings.
