Job Summary PMI Management is seeking a SUPER STAR Leasing Agent / Assistant Manager that is motivated and detail-oriented to support operations at our 216-unit community in Kansas City, KS. This role will work closely with the Property Manager to assist with leasing, resident relations, social media engagement, and daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, experience in leasing, and an interest in digital marketing/social media to help build a strong community presence online. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Resident Relations Conduct property tours and respond promptly to leasing inquiries. Advertise available units through online platforms and social media. Assist with tenant applications, screening, lease preparation, and renewals. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for residents and prospects. Collect and process rent payments as directed by the Property Manager. Support resident retention by coordinating resident engagement programs, surveys, and events. Social Media & Marketing Manage and update community social media pages to highlight available units, amenities, and resident events. Assist with creating and posting engaging content, including photos, videos, and resident stories. Support online reputation management by responding to reviews and encouraging resident feedback. Collaborate with the Property Manager on local outreach and community engagement strategies. Administrative & Operational Support Assist with daily office functions, phone calls, emails, and filing. Help maintain accurate resident and lease records in property management software. Enter work orders, coordinate with maintenance for scheduling, and follow up with residents. Monitor inventory of office supplies and assist with vendor communications as needed. Provide backup support to the Property Manager in enforcing policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of leasing or property management experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for business use. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with property management software a plus. Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team. Driver’s License required.
