She stands as an esteemed industry educator, actively engaged in teaching and collaborating with multiple apartment associations within the State of Florida. Her innovative spirit has led to the creation of groundbreaking programs, including the Facilitator Training Program for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando.
Beyond her educational pursuits, Joelis is deeply committed to industry leadership. She serves as an officer on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and lends her expertise to the Florida Apartment Association's Apartment Political Action Committee (APAC) Board. Her contributions extend to numerous committees within both the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and the Florida Apartment Association.
