No formal education required—just a willingness to work hard and learn

At least 6 months of related experience. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Knowledge of grounds maintenance and basic building trades. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
