Be a Tour Pro: Greet prospective residents with enthusiasm, conducting informative tours that anticipate their needs and highlight community value. Social Media Star: Navigate various social media platforms to post engaging content according to company standards. Host Events: Supervise the planning and implementation of exciting lease-up events, renewal parties, and property competitions. Close the Deal: Manage the entire leasing process, from responding to leads to accurately preparing all lease-related paperwork. Engage the Community: Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
