Job Title: Leasing Consultant Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly + Bonus Opportunities Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 9 AM - 6 PM We’re looking for a talented & experienced leasing consultant who will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. The leasing consultant is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction. Our Leasing Consultant is the face of the community—helping prospective residents find their perfect home while ensuring current residents continue to love where they live. This role handles leasing tours, move-ins, renewals, and resident support to maintain strong occupancy and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing leads and leasing documentation, coordinating with maintenance for move-ins and work orders, maintaining property presentation, and supporting office operations.

High school diploma is required

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, who can work well with residents, prospects, and team members at all levels. Experience with leasing software like Yardi and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling confidential information. This role requires professionalism when resolving difficult situations, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and resident-facing tasks. A valid driver’s license, reliable insurance, and completion of Fair Housing and Diversity training are also required.
