Curb Appeal: Keep grounds, amenities, and common areas looking flawless. Property Care: Identify/resolve safety issues and ensure seamless apartment turnovers for new residents. On-Call Support: Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating schedule. Safety First: Champion a culture of safety following all industry procedures. Schedule & Pay: Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Call: Rotating schedule every third week (includes OT pay + an extra $125 for your on-call week!) Hourly Rate: $24.00/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional service! High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications: 2+ years general maintenance experience (residential preferred) EPA Universal License (HVAC) required CPO License preferred Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and major appliance repairs Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations & basic computer skills
