Job Description:
-Track and complete service requests on occupied and vacant apartments, office/clubhouse, and amenities. -Perform timely repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, etc. -Prepare apartments for tour/following residents move in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, and scheduling vendors where necessary. -Assist with semi-annual property inspections, fire safety, pest control, etc. -Assist with controlling and reporting stock and inventory. -Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (hammer, drill, saw, gauges, etc). -Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Educational Requirements:*
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Qualified Skills
Valid drivers license, EPA certified
