Key Responsibilities: Bilingual a plus Certified Pool Operator Assist in Make Readys Plumbing Repairs Electrical Repairs Appliance Repairs Drywall / Construction Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity. Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations and a comfortable living environment for our community. Qualifications: Valid HVAC Technician certification or license. Plumbing and Electrical certified Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
