Scope and Purpose: The Product Support Assistant provides essential administrative and technical support to the corporate operations team by assisting with software, systems, and process-related tasks that drive operational success across the Maxus Properties portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting software and systems, assisting with onboarding and product implementation, collaborating on internal audits, and documenting workflows to ensure consistent operational standards. This role reports directly to the Product Manager and plays a key part in improving efficiency, supporting accurate reporting, and maintaining company standards across all communities. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Product & Software Support  Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for property management software and operational systems.  Monitor and validate data accuracy; document discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.  Track and maintain records of system-related issues, escalating when necessary.  Help maintain SOPs, training resources, and process documentation.  Assist in testing system updates or new features and report impacts on operations. 2. Product Implementation & Onboarding  Support system preparation and reporting for property onboarding and transitions.  Enter and verify data for accuracy and consistency in system imports.  Prepare required reports, checklists, and documentation to support onboarding.  Assist during product rollouts by preparing training materials, tracking questions, and documenting feedback. 3. Internal Auditing & Process Support  Review and verify system data regularly to confirm workflows and reports meet established company standards  Compile audit findings, prepare summaries, and track follow-up actions.  Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. 4. General Operations Support  Provide administrative support, including data entry, report preparation, and maintaining organized records.  Respond to internal requests for system or product support promptly and professionally.  Maintain documentation to ensure accurate tracking of operational procedures and system use.  Perform other duties as needed to support the success of corporate operations.
Educational Requirements:*
High School or Equivalent
Qualified Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience: Minimum 2 years in multifamily property management or operations.  System Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software; ability to learn and support multiple systems.  Administrative Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and data-entry skills; strong attention to detail.  Communication: Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document processes and explain workflows.  Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and document discrepancies and escalate appropriately.  Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating technology and learning new systems.  Experience supporting system rollouts or onboarding in a property management environment.(Preferred)  Familiarity with operational audits, reporting, or compliance tracking.
