The Professional Development & Education Committee is dedicated to advancing careers and strengthening the multifamily industry through ongoing learning and engagement. The committee brings in industry experts and outside speakers to provide valuable insights on current trends, best practices, and topics impacting multifamily professionals. Through educational seminars, panels, and networking opportunities, the committee fosters industry involvement and collaboration. Additionally, the committee supports professional growth through the NAA-sanctioned designation courses, including CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians), and CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor), helping members expand their knowledge, skills, and career opportunities.
