Amber Lutz-Sherman

Amber Lutz-Sherman is a proud wife, mom and owner of Lutz Plumbing, Inc. She is the 4th generation family owner of Lutz, which began back in 1920 by her great grandfather. She grew up in the business, but made it her career in 2006 and has focused on the marketing, admin and growth of the business. Amber is the recent recipient of the 2022 Enterprising Women Award and the Kansas Small Business of the Year (Construction Division). When she isn't focused on growing the business, she enjoys volunteering in the community, and spending time her family. Amber's philosophy on business is relational and considers relationships with people the most important part of leading a business.
