Bryan Straley serves as the Commercial Account Manager at Bordner, specializing in multifamily exterior renovations and capital improvement projects across the Kansas City metro. He partners directly with property managers, regional managers, maintenance teams, and ownership groups to provide strategic solutions for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior restoration.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Bryan understands the unique challenges of multifamily housing—tight budgets, resident disruption, insurance claims, storm damage, and long-term asset preservation. His approach is relationship-driven and proactive, helping properties plan for both immediate repairs and future CapEx needs.

Bryan is an active member of AAKC and is passionate about serving the multifamily community as a trusted resource, not just a contractor. His goal is simple: protect assets, simplify projects, and create long-term partnerships.
