Chad Hall

Chad's focus is on servant leadership, and he believes that service does not begin with external customers - that it must first address the heart of internal customers that we know as co-workers, employees, and company leaders. As Bill Marriott famously said, "Take good care of your employees, and they'll take good care of your customers, and the customers will come back."

Chad's educational background is in psychology and organizational leadership. Chad has worked inside leadership capacities with Marriott International, Girl Scouts of America, YMCA, Southwest Security Group, and other great organizations, and these experiences are what inspired him to obtain a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Chad was just recently accepted into a Doctoral program for Business Leadership and is working on lifelong continuing education.
