Dale serves as the General Manager at MC Flooring, LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in team leadership, process improvement, and business strategy development. He offers a dynamic blend of interpersonal, organizational, and technical expertise. His standout strengths include exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proven talent for building and maintaining client relationships.

Dale has been actively involved with the Apartment Association of Kansas City (AAKC) for more than 15 years. During this time, he has served as the Supplier Partner Chairman and spent 12 years as a Director on the AAKC Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the AAKC Lyceum program and holds the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designation through the National Apartment Association, as well as completion of the LEAD program.

Before joining MC Flooring and becoming involved with the AAKC, Dale spent 18 years in the Information Technology industry.
