Dan began his industry career with Worcester Communities achieving the title of Regional Maintenance Supervisor, where he quickly earned a reputation for technical expertise, leadership, and operational excellence. He later transitioned to the supplier side with Redi Carpet, continuing to deepen his impact and industry relationships.
Today, Dan serves as Co-Chair of the Professional Development and Education Committee and is an engaged member of the Trade Show Committee. His commitment to elevating the industry has earned him significant recognition, including:
AAKC Multi-Family Volunteer of the Year (2021)
AAKC Supplier Partner Volunteer of the Year (2023)
These honors reflect his consistent leadership, service, and dedication to supporting both industry professionals and supplier partners.
Dan also holds multiple professional designations, including LEAD, CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician), and CAS (Certified Apartment Supplier). He continues to expand his knowledge and leadership capacity through participation in the Lyceum program.
Outside his professional achievements, Dan finds his greatest fulfillment in time spent with his wife and their five children, whose ages range from 26 to toddler. His family remains the foundation of his drive, purpose, and passion.
