Elizabeth Goodwin

Elizabeth has been a sales professional with a passion for building meaningful relationships & solving problems for all of her career. Her first professional job, was in Multifamily as a leasing consultant, where she spent 11 years onsite, before moving to the supplier side (Cort Furniture & Apartment Guide). Her time spent with Apartment Guide, fast-tracked her career over the next 15 years in the Digital Marketing world starting in 2009, where she spent the next 15 years honing her expertise in helping clients grow their businesses to succeed.

In February 2024, Elizabeth returned to her roots in Multifamily, bringing her wealth of knowledge in digital marketing and media to help communities increase brand awareness, attract potential renters, and boost occupancy.

So much has changed in the digital space, and Elizabeth is excited to apply this expertise in her role at Apartment Geofencing, working closely with property managers, regional teams, and marketing professionals to make a meaningful impact.

Beyond the numbers, she’s deeply committed to making a tangible difference in her community.
