Since 1969, Hi-Gene’s Janitorial Service has been developing relationships by delivering Quality, Value, and Service that showcases an outstanding appearance for every customer’s facility. It’s a family tradition; Gene and Sharon Gallamore began the business together, with Gene as President and Sharon as Owner.
What started as a “mom and pop” operation is now a respected CIMS Certified WBE, employing a workforce of nearly 150 professionals, each one dedicated to helping customers maintain a “five-star” appearance day after day. Hi-Gene’s is a full-service janitorial company providing nightly cleaning, floor work, carpet cleaning, windows, etc. They service everything from commercial businesses and warehouses to hospitals and schools.
Today, Hi-Gene’s is run by second-generation owner, Gene and Sharon’s eldest daughter, Gwen Thomasson. Gwen grew up in the janitorial field; helping her dad from the time she could walk. After she raised her three children, Gwen started as Director at Hi-Gene’s in 2010. She believes in the “work hard, play hard” mentality and strives everyday to build a company culture that let’s people enjoy their work. Gwen loves building and maintaining relationships with clients and employees. Some of Hi-Gene’s workforce consists of generations of families.
