Hi, I’m Jennifer Selph, and I am the Owner at Milestone Renovation and Restoration/Cleaning. We specialize in providing top-tier renovations, restoration, cleaning, maintenance, to multi-family communities and professionally managed properties throughout the greater Kansas City metro area. I joined the AAKC to move beyond standard networking and build genuine, long-term relationships with local property managers and owners. My goal is for Milestone Renovation and Restoration/Cleaning to become your go-to, trusted resource—whether you need a quick emergency fix or are planning a major property upgrade. When I'm not helping clients optimize their properties, you can find me taking care of patients for In-home care, spending time with my two adult children & family, traveling.
