Jim Hamilton

With over 20 years of experience in the Multi-Family industry, Jim works directly on Account Management by following up throughout the contract to maintain excellent customer service. Jim has successfully won and managed contracts for numerous of Multi-Family complexes, including Housing Authorities and Affordable Housing Management companies. Jim and his wife, Jennifer, have two grown children. He is a BIG Sports fan and enjoys traveling with his family to the beach.
Jim currently services the Southeast & Midwest Regions for Caldwell & Gregory. Having been in the business for over 20 years, his client list is extensive, and he currently helps manage Caldwell & Gregory's 4,000+ Multi-Housing accounts.
